Why Backup?

Call of Duty 4 sync and backup?

For those of you who play online COD4 on a PC. COD4 does not save your online profile, so if something were to happen on your computer (virus, crash, format) you lose all your progress. Also, if you try to play from another computer, you must start over. My question is this. Would you pay $ 1 per month for a Web service that supports your COD4 profile all the time and also syncs with multiple computers that you can have all weapons and settings on any computer to play? Or how about 75 or 50 cents?

I suppose so, but I must admit is a pretty pointless question, no offense.
